Participants in the AquaGo! recreational program learn the sport of artistic swimming by progressing through 6 levels. Each level focuses on developing swimmers in 4 key pillars.

In this program, swimmers do not compete and are not ranked against other swimmers. Pool space is, however, shared with our competitive synchro teams. Programs runs 1 hour weekly.
Please note, the program operates under the guidance of Mississauga Parks and Recreation policies. Swimmers participating should be 6 yrs and older and be able to complete the required swim test. More details here.

Our AquaGO! program offers an introduction of fundamental artistic swimming skills 🏊♀️ for swimmers 6 and older.
No artistic swimming experience is necessary – just a love of swimming and the ability to swim two widths of the pool unassisted.

💫 Your swimmer will:

🗓️ When: Tuesdays OR Thursdays – 4 week sessions in July or August OR Bundle & Save for 8 weeks!
