Swim Programs

AquaGO! Program

Our AquaGO! Program introduces swimming fundamentals and develops athletic abilities and flexibility for new participants in artistic swimming. Swimmers must be comfortable submerged in water and able to swim 25M.

Regional Stream

Athletes in the Regional program are introduced to the fundamentals and discipline of group competition. Teams that participate commit up to 4 hours a week of practice with up to 4 competitions during the season.

Provincial & High Performance

Athletes who compete in the Provincial/High Performance stream commit to a higher weekly number of hours of practice, focusing on building strength, agility, and musicality as they compete with other teams at swim meets in and out of the province.
